This Agreement governs all use of the x03bet platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and x03bet ("x03bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at x03bet.vip.

To register an account with x03bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Each individual may hold only one (1) x03bet account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — x03bet reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close all such accounts and to void any associated bonus balances or winnings.
x03bet requires identity verification ("KYC") for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. You must provide a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identity document upon request. x03bet accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 per transaction. x03bet reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may trigger an account review. x03bet does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
Withdrawal requests are processed by x03bet's finance team during operational hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one (1) and three (3) business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain network conditions.
x03bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large-value transactions, or where suspicious activity has been flagged. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposit, except at x03bet's discretion following documented verification.
All transactions on x03bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. x03bet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges which are outside x03bet's control.

All bets are final once confirmed. x03bet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted in specific event rules (e.g., where a sports event is cancelled or abandoned according to the applicable settlement rules).
x03bet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an odds price resulting from a manifest error, system fault, or data feed error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the player's account balance. x03bet's determination of manifest error is final.
Maximum win limits apply per bet, per day, and per event as specified in the relevant game rules. x03bet reserves the right to apply maximum stake restrictions to individual accounts at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns have been identified.
In the event of a technical failure during live game play — including live casino and crash games — x03bet will determine the outcome of affected rounds in accordance with the applicable game provider's technical resolution procedures. x03bet's decision in this regard is final.
Bonuses and promotions offered by x03bet are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry dates. Players must satisfy all applicable conditions before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
x03bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible accounts only and may be excluded from players who have previously abused bonus offers or who are identified as operating multiple accounts.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements must be met in full using the bonus balance before any resulting cash winnings can be withdrawn. Any remaining bonus balance at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited.

x03bet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any identified illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and account balances associated with such activity may be frozen pending investigation.

x03bet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.
The x03bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x03bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x03bet's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. x03bet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Active bets at the time of closure may be settled in accordance with normal event resolution rules, with winnings credited and processed as part of the closure balance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x03bet is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
x03bet does not represent or warrant that its services are legal or appropriate for use in Pakistan or any other specific country. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under the laws of their country, province, or locality. x03bet expressly excludes liability for any legal consequence arising from a player's choice to use the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted or prohibited.
x03bet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, x03bet will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the platform's notification system or on the homepage. Your continued use of x03bet following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.
